Start a new Dash Data workspace for a customer, department, report, or business process.
Add spreadsheets, data files, documents, or database information to the project.
Use tables, SQL, AI assistance, comparisons, and charts to find the information you need.
AI trial
The Dash Data trial includes a managed AI connection powered through SoftWify. You do not need to enter or manage an AI provider API key.
The server controls the trial period and daily message allowance. The AI connection is disabled when the trial expires.

Privacy and control
Dash Data gives users control over when AI may access project information or use an internet connection.
The managed trial connection does not contain a DeepSeek API key. AI requests are sent only through the protected SoftWify service using HTTPS.

No account is required for the desktop trial. The seven-day trial activates automatically on the device after its first successful connection to the SoftWify trial service.
No. The seven-day trial uses a managed SoftWify AI connection. No DeepSeek API key is included in or entered into the Windows application.
The trial includes up to 40 successful AI messages per day. The application displays how many messages remain.
Yes. The SoftWify AI Trial connection can be enabled or disabled from Settings → AI Connections.
No. The seven-day trial continues from the original activation time.
The managed trial AI connection is disabled and removed. Dash Data displays information about the upcoming full version.
